The Company will exchange any Company products if the returned products are damaged in shipment, are incorrectly sent, or are of substandard quality.
Whenever possible, returned products will be replaced with undamaged products. However, when an exchange is not feasible, the Company reserves the right to issue a Company refund for the amount of the exchanged products.
To exchange products, you must comply with these rules:
1. The request for exchange must be made via email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receipt of the products.
2. email@example.com will instruct the customer / distributor on the correct procedure for returning the products.
